Half Wild is 110% committed to taking the stress out of shopping online and connecting you with a world of incredible vendors immersed in electronic music culture.

This means we’ve decided to keep our policy super simple and offer absolutely no questions asked return for marketplace credit.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, our vendors will gladly replace the item or alternatively you may return the item(s) for marketplace credit that can be used with any vendor.

Please note that a returns must be booked via our returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our Global Tribe

One thing we love about dance music is its ability to transcend cultures and unite people.

In that same spirit, we don’t believe in borders, the war on drugs, Trump or EDM bangers, and have created the Half Wild marketplace to represent a global tribe of vendors passionate about electronic music culture.

We emphasise that our vendors are based globally.

So please keep in mind if the vendor you have purchased from is overseas, this will mean you will need send the item on an international postal service to return it.

Further, if you have a hot date with the dance floor, or a livestream party to dress up for, take care to read the estimated delivery times at checkout and ensure you have left enough time for delivery.

Shipping times are based on estimates from the data we have on previous deliveries.

We review this data regularly to ensure they are mostly accurate, however given we don’t have complete control over our final delivery partners this makes it impossible to guarantee delivery time on 100% of deliveries, hence providing estimated arrival times.

COVID Delays

Please note that we take no responsibility for COVID related shipping delays.

To process increased volumes during this period, some carriers have elected to skip the scanning process at check points to speed up processing times. Often this results in in your item arriving before the tracking number has updated, please be patient.

We will not accept returns for shipping delays during this period.

Resolution of Faulty or Incorrect Items

As with all things in life, occasionally things don’t go to plan!

This unfortunately includes instances of defective items or incorrectly dispatched products. In the instance of a minor faults, once the vendor has received your return, they will immediately dispatch a replacement.

Should your item arrive with a major fault such as missing arm or leg (giving an all new meaning to legless!) you may also choose to return your item for a full refund. Please be aware that our support team may request pictures of the defect to expedite your return.

Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards are not eligible refunds or discounts, however the recipient of a gift card may however purchase sale items at their discounted rate. All gift cards expire 12-months from the date of purchase.

Our Returns Process

To book a return, simply complete the form on this returns portal.

You will need your order number and the email you completed the purchase with. In the event you only used a mobile number, please contact support to add your email address to the order. Also, a gentle reminder that items must be returned in an unused.
